Appointment Policies

Cancellations & No Shows

24 hour notice is required for all cancellations. Payment in full will be required for late cancellations or no shows. Missed appointment fees are not eligible for direct billing or insurance compensation.

Late Arrivals

A late arrival will not receive the full time scheduled. The appointment will end at the scheduled time and full payment for the original booking will be required.

Emergencies & Illness

If an emergency or illness arises, please let us know as soon as possible. We know that there are circumstances that are out of your control (we don't want to see you when you are sick!) and your therapist may make an exception to the above policy on those rare occasions.
